Refund policy

Store Credit for Returns:
Velvet Notes strives to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchases. While we do not offer refunds, we are pleased to accept items for store credit within 15 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send back the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Receiving Store Credit:
Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item will be issued. This credit will be applied to your Velvet Notes account and can be used towards future purchases. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.

Exchanges:
At this time, Velvet Notes does not offer direct exchanges. Customers can return their original item for store credit and repurchase the desired item.
